Bays Edge is one of the best Damac Maison apartment buildings in business Bay because it is directly on the lake and was handover over in early 2017 so it is new. It also features full and unobstructed lake views from the units which all have full floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious balconies.
The furniture is much more classy and looks better than all the Damac buildings with nicer color coordination and interior design.
The building is nice because it’s not as busy as all the others so you can enjoy the lobby, fitness center, pool, and wellness areas in peace.
The location is the best because it’s closest to the Bay Avenue mall in executive towers, the Marasi pier, and the Business Bay metro station.
